If you know the manufacturer, you can change trims from that same manufacturer. Ex: You cannot replace a Moen trim with a Kohler trim.

Any returns must be requested through your showroom consultant within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Special order items are subject to restocking fees and the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Any credits are at the discretion of the manufacturer and may be denied. You will receive your credit in the amount it was issued to Erb Company once the credit is received from the manufacturer. If you have any questions, please contact your consultant.

No, LuxStone walls are only available through Kohler Authorized installers. We do offer other great brands of solid surface walls.
Lead times are different for each manufacturer and vary by item availability. Our consultants do their best to check lead times and educate the customer prior to ordering, however, the best information we’re able to provide are just estimations; so, they are subject to change without notice to the salesperson.

The next step is to make product selections and get items on order prior to scheduling your contractor. As stated above, lead times do vary and can make or break a project. Too many times we see customers walk in with a fully demolished bathroom and the full custom shower they want is not in stock, do not assume what you want will be readily available for you.
